RMSS Ltd Privacy Statement
RMSS Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy notice outlines how we collect, use, store, and share personal information about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
It contains important details on how and why we handle your personal information, your rights regarding it, and how to contact us or supervisory authorities if you have concerns.
Who We Are
RMSS Ltd collects, uses, and is responsible for certain personal information. As the ‘controller’ of this data under GDPR, we are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.
What Information Do We Collect?
Personal data refers to information that identifies an individual. It does not include anonymized data.
We may collect and process personal information including:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Device Information: Technical data about the device you use to access our website, such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns.
- Usage Information: Information on how you use our website, services, or interact with us.
How We Collect Personal Data
We collect data in several ways:
Direct Interactions
You may provide data by:
- Completing forms or communicating with us by post, phone, or email.
- Applying for our products or services.
- Subscribing to our communications or services.
- Providing feedback or completing surveys.
On this website, the careers and contact forms send what you type in (your name, email address, phone number and message, plus the area, role or service you choose) to us and store it securely so that we can reply. You must tick a box to agree before a form can be sent. We also keep a one way scrambled code made from your internet address (a hash, which cannot be turned back into your address) for a short time to limit spam and abuse. If the service is ever unavailable, the form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you press send.
Our website, and the database that stores form submissions, are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which handles this data on our behalf.
Automated Technologies
This website does not currently use cookies or other technologies to automatically collect data as you interact with it. See our Cookie Policy for more information. If this changes, this notice and our Cookie Policy will be updated first.
Third Parties

- Marketing platforms and networks.
This website does not currently use analytics providers or marketing platforms, so we do not currently receive data from them through it. The only third-party content it can load is an optional embedded map from OpenStreetMap on the Contact page, which loads only if you allow it (see our Cookies Policy).

- To respond to queries or requests.
- To process orders or manage contracts.
