RMSS LTD has been approved by The FA as a security guarding supplier for Wembley Stadium. Our officers are the front line of the stadium. They greet and search spectators, guide crowds and help people to the right place, so they represent RMSS LTD and Wembley at the same time.
The venue
Wembley Stadium is England's national stadium and is owned by The Football Association. With around 90,000 seats it hosts everything from major football matches to some of the biggest music concerts in the world. Every event is different, and the demand for security rises and falls with the calendar.
Our role
We supply SIA licensed Door Supervisors and trained Event Stewards who work directly with spectators. Our teams are briefed and refreshed before events, and they work closely with the stadium's own staff and the other suppliers on site.
SIA Door Supervisors
- Access control: checking tickets, identification and permits, and keeping access points secure against unauthorised entry.
- Crowd management: keeping entry and exit orderly and safe, managing queues and flow, and calming difficult moments before they grow.
- Search and screening: carrying out security checks to keep prohibited items out of the stadium.
- Customer service: helping visitors with directions and questions, and handling concerns politely and professionally.
- Conflict resolution: stepping in early and using de-escalation, working with other security staff and the police when needed.
- Emergency response: responding to medical incidents, fires and security threats, following established protocols and helping with evacuations.
- Patrols and reporting: visible patrols, clear radio communication and accurate incident reports.
- First aid and compliance: basic first aid until medical teams arrive, and up to date training in SIA requirements.
Event Stewards
- Crowd flow: helping people in and out safely and preventing congestion and bottlenecks.
- Ticket and credential checks: directing people to their seats and stopping access to restricted areas.
- Welcome and assistance: a friendly, helpful presence, including support for guests with disabilities or mobility needs.
- Safety and security: spotting hazards and reporting anything suspicious to the right person straight away.
- Behaviour and lost property: encouraging good behaviour, calming disruption, and helping reunite guests with lost items.
- Emergency response: following instructions from the organisers and security teams during incidents or evacuations.
The difference it makes
Careful crowd management has helped keep the flow of spectators controlled, both inside the stadium and on the route from Wembley Park station. A smoother journey from the station to the stadium reduces congestion and improves the experience for fans.
Inside, our stewarding and security teams are professional and attentive, which helps people feel safe and well looked after so they can concentrate on enjoying the event. Our commitment to regulations and industry best practice also supports the stadium's reputation as a safe, well managed venue.
RMSS LTD also gives its clients flexibility on booking, availability and management, so our service follows the demands of the event calendar.
